Do I have to be ready to leave my job to join?
Not at all. This space is for educators who are still in the system and feeling the shift. You don’t need to have a plan just a sense that something needs to change.
What if I don’t have time?
We designed this with that in mind. You can show up live or watch replays. You don’t have to “keep up.” Just come when you can, take what you need, and leave the rest.
What’s the commitment?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No pressure, no questions.
Do I have to speak in the calls?
Nope. Some people just listen. Others share every time. There’s no expectation, only invitation.
