You're not here to vent. You're here to think clearly, speak honestly, and be in community with others who are asking better questions about education, care, and leadership.
You’ve stayed for the kids.
And what used to feel like a calling now feels more like a slow leak.
You’re tired of pretending it’s fine when it’s not.

It’s not a program.
It’s not a training.
There are no badges. No gimmicks. No toxic positivity.
Just space to speak the truth. Ask real questions. And be around people who get it.
If you’re staying in the system but doing it differently - this is for you.
If you’re thinking about leaving but don’t know how - this is for you.
Curated tools that meet you where you are: short audios, journaling prompts, guest interviews, and practical reflections you can use anytime.
This isn’t a course.
Sarah’s women’s circles have been transformative for me. They’ve helped me reconnect with pleasure, embodiment, and my own choice as a woman. Her teachings opened my eyes, my heart, and my body to practices that have brought real change into my life. I’m deeply grateful for the space she holds — her work has supported me in finding my way back home to myself
No long-term contracts.
You may already know me or you may just be arriving here for the first time. Either way, here’s what matters:

You’ve held space for everyone else for a long time.
Not at all. This space is for educators who are still in the system and feeling the shift. You don’t need to have a plan just a sense that something needs to change.
We designed this with that in mind. You can show up live or watch replays. You don’t have to “keep up.” Just come when you can, take what you need, and leave the rest.
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No pressure, no questions.
Nope. Some people just listen. Others share every time. There’s no expectation, only invitation.
