Together With Nature - Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers all Together With Nature offerings, including the membership, 1:1 mentorship, workshops, and any digital products.

The purpose of this policy is to be clear, direct, and fair for everyone involved.

A. Membership Program

“Membership / Community Program”

Payments

Monthly subscription: billed automatically each month

Annual subscription: billed once per year

Cancellations

You may cancel anytime.

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

No refunds are issued for:

* A month or year already paid

* Missed live sessions

* Change of mind

Because members receive immediate access to community spaces and digital content, fees are non-refundable.

B. Walk With Me – 1:1 Mentorship Program

This is a high-touch, limited-capacity container.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a used session.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete it.

Pausing or cancelling payment plans is not permitted unless mutually agreed upon.

C. Workshops, Classes, and One-Time Events

Refunds

Tickets for workshops, circles, or events are final sale unless the event is cancelled by Together With Nature.

If WE cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may gift or transfer your spot to another participant.

Please email us to confirm the name change.

D. Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Mini-Courses)

No refunds will be issued for digital products due to instant access.

E. When Exceptions May Be Considered

We reserve the right to offer a refund or partial credit only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., major life events).

These are handled privately and respectfully on a case-by-case basis.
